(1), It's not my task not to murder,but a price value that if a hero murdered!

(2),If I'm an emotional person?! I pursue peace, my soul is beyond the trouble water,but sometimes My mind cannot reach my soul!

(3), How to diet for long run!?

The energy of the  desire 's restriction can be saved ,only if you hang on and careless about scale .Deep people loss lug's fat , shallow people loss meat 's weight,because of yougert! Just don't feel disappointed about the scale,nor make up more food for comfort !
