第三章，不尚賢

 Praise not the gentleman, then,

The people compete not characters. 

Praise not the jewelry, then, 

The people steal not. 

Praise not the Beauty, then,

The people leave not the peace.

Therefore, 

At the age of Saint, 

He,

Lear the hearts of people 

Full the stomach of people 

Weak the ambitious of people 

Strong the bones of people. 

He ,

Keep the people in innocent ,

without desire !

In order to ,

show up the Wiseman  ,

to become leadership !

Not to be determined !

Can tolerate the World !
