Why did Britain Invent Rock & Roll?

Before World War ,Britain was very conservative and serious ,but ,after WW ,Rock & Roll quickly mature ,and I wander why!?

Very possible ,Britain against German culture ,they angered German lunch the war .Because of anti German,therefore,they invent Rock ,for German has the most classical composers !
